Welcome to HomeLegaro. These terms apply to all services and products offered through the domain homelegaro.club.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomeLegaro services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Descriptions

HomeLegaro provides legal support related to apartment purchase processes, including contract review, title search assistance, closing coordination, and related consultations.

3. Informational Products

HomeLegaro offers written materials and training courses on legal aspects of apartment purchase, delivered electronically.

4. Goods

Physical materials or merchandise related to apartment purchase support may be offered, such as printed guides or reference kits.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Support Services

Clients may request a return of fees within 7 days of purchase provided that no work file review or consultation session has been delivered. To request a return of fees, contact HomeLegaro. If a service commencement date is agreed and the client is unable to attend, the service may be transferred to another date or reassigned to a third party if HomeLegaro is notified at least 48 hours in advance. Once work file review or consultation has been delivered, no return of fees will be available due to the personalized nature of the service.

5.2 Informational Products

Clients may request a return of fees within 14 days of delivery if the materials remain unused and unaltered. To request a return of fees, contact HomeLegaro. After the 14-day period, all sales of informational products are final.

5.3 Goods

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping. Upon inspection, HomeLegaro will issue a return of fees to the original payment method. Goods showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return.

6. Service Transfer

Clients may transfer a scheduled service to another date or participant by contacting HomeLegaro at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

8. Changes to Terms

HomeLegaro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
